Why are we requesting that sellers register online before the auction?

Because online registration helps to streamline all aspects of the auction, from seller and buyer check-in at the event, to improved communication between the auctioneer and cashier, to easier cash transactions for buyers and sellers. One major advantage of the automation we're introducing this year is that sellers may approach the cashier for payment as soon as their sold items have been paid for. This means more cash in hand for sellers who are also buyers, and better sales opportunities all around. Also, sellers who register online ease the auction staff's data entry workload and help to create the best possible experience for all participants.

What if you choose not to register in advance?

You will be able to use your smartphone when you arrive at the auction to create an account and enter your items. If you choose not to use your smartphone, we will create an account for you as you enter. We will then give you a traditional paper item form and, if you wish, a seller's paddle. When you submit your completed item sheet to us, we will then enter your items into the database for you. As always, many hands make light work, so please consider pre-registering online.

I created an account or requested a password reset, but never received a code via email.

If the message doesn't arrive within a half hour, please send us a message via our contact form using the email address with which you registered, and explain to us what happened.
